These RHEEMA terms and conditions govern the purchase of RHEEMA products from Ranpa Exim ("we", "us") through www.rheema.in or our WhatsApp ordering channel. By placing an order, you agree to these RHEEMA terms and conditions.
Product descriptions, images and dimensions on this site are for reference. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of order.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp (+91 73829 26533) or the contact form. An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it with delivery details and payment instructions.
After booking, we will share updates at every step of your order — confirmation, packing, shipping, and delivery.
We accept UPI, bank transfer and other methods shared at order confirmation. Orders are processed after payment is received unless otherwise agreed (e.g. for bulk/distributor orders).
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are shared at order confirmation and may vary by location. Shipping charges, if any, are communicated before payment.
Please share the correct delivery address and phone number at booking — we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address. If delivery fails because you are unavailable, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
RHEEMA products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or normal wear.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 73829 26533). If the order has already shipped, the return rules in Section 6 apply.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 14 days. The amount refunded follows Section 6 (return charge deducted where it applies).
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
Your personal details (name, address, phone number) are used only to fulfil your order and share delivery updates. We do not sell your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
